  • THE CLUB. is a premier Pilates studio in Sea Point, Cape Town, offering high-end mat and Reformer Pilates classes designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We offer classes for all levels of fitness and all ages.

  • Our address is: 343 Main Road, Sea Point, Cape Town. Our entrance is on the ground floor of the building.

    • Reformer Pilates Classes (small class sizes for personalized attention)
    • Mat Pilates Classes (bodyweight exercises for core strength)
    • Private Lessons (customized training)
    • Orientation: For those with no previous Pilates experience.
  • Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. It’s also great for injury recovery, prenatal/postnatal fitness, and improving athletic performance. 

  • It is recommended that you book an orientation if you are not familiar with the Pilates method of movement. Your instructor will guide you through the basic principles, asses your level of fitness and let you know which group classes will benefit you most.

  • We have two ways you are able to book classes:

    Directly through us:

    1. Check our class schedule and availability online.
    2. Get in touch with us to book your class via email, phone or WhatsApp.
    3. You will be eligible to attend class once full payment has been made.

    Online Booking:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will then be credited the amount for the cancelled class to use towards another class - contact us to make this adjustment to your schedule)

  • Yes, advance booking is required to secure your spot. Our classes are kept small to allow for individual attention and high-quality sessions. Classes fill up quickly, so we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. You’re welcome to check in, as a drop in, and hear if there is any available space in a class, should you not have booked in advance.

  • During an orientation, your Instructor will take you through the basic principles of Pilates, gain an understanding of your abilities and/or challenges through a postural analysis and recommend possible modifications you may need to adapt to your workout. The instructor will explain how to use the Reformer, guide you through its operation, and provide insight into its benefits.

  • We offer contracts (long-term, ongoing membership) for those interested in securing their classes ahead of time and taking advantage of our membership loyalty pricing.

    Contracts can be monthly or yearly, depending on what you’re looking for. If you’re on a contract, you will be getting classes at a discounted rate. 

    For eg. You can take out a monthly contract where you join two classes a week (8 per month) and you pay upfront for the month. 

    If you’re dropping in to 8 classes a month and paying as you go, it will cost you more and your class spots are not guaranteed.

    Should you want to cancel your contract, you will need to give us a month's notice.

  • Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in which will allow movement.

  • We provide all the necessary equipment, but you’re welcome to bring a towel and some water! 

  • No problem! It is recommended that you book an orientation if you are not familiar with the Pilates method of movement. Your instructor will guide you through the basic principles, asses your level of fitness and let you know which group classes will benefit you most.

  • Yes! Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation and spinal health. Our instructors will modify exercises based on your needs. Please let us know ahead of time of any injuries or needs you have.

  • While they have some similarities and both practice improved flexibility, Pilates focuses on muscle toning, core strength and any necessary rehabilitation.

  • No! Pilates is for all ages! We offer classes suitable for teens, adults, and seniors. If you have any specific concerns, reach out to us directly.
