All Levels Reformer/Mat Class

These classes consist of no more than 6 participants and are designed for more experienced students who are looking for a more challenging workout.

Anyone wishing to join an existing group needs to have a good understanding of the Pilates principles. If you are unsure of your level of fitness and of understanding, please book a private lesson where we will be able to advise you accordingly.

These classes incorporate more advanced exercises and techniques that are designed to target specific muscle groups and improve overall fitness levels.

The instructor will lead clients through a variety of movements that combine strength training, cardio, and flexibility work.

The Instructor may include matwork in the program
