These classes consist of no more than 4 participants and are designed for more experienced students who are looking for a more challenging workout.
Anyone wishing to join an existing group needs to have a good understanding of the Pilates principles. If you are unsure of your level of fitness and of understanding, please book a private lesson where we will be able to advise you accordingly.
These classes incorporate more advanced exercises and techniques that are designed to target specific muscle groups and improve overall fitness levels.
The instructor will lead clients through a variety of movements that combine strength training, cardio, and flexibility work.

A private lesson will allow the instructor to focus on your individual needs and develop a program designed specifically for you, your fitness level and fitness goals.
The instructor will work with the student one-on-one, progressing through the Pilates repertoire utilizing Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer as well as incorporating matwork and the use of balls, flex bands, etc.
It is highly recommended that you participate in a private lesson if you are pregnant, if you have any health concerns, in need of rehabilitation from an injury or simply very unfit.
